Monday October 12, 2026 10:30am - 12:00pm GMT+07
Open enrolment – participants who sign up for an Outward Bound course as individuals – has long been a significant part of the revenue streams across the network. This session will consider whether this is still the case, what is driving the trend, and how Schools should respond. Participants will leave with reflections that will help them reflect on the Open Enrolment strategy for their own School.

Theory of Change Process (for Board Members)
Monday October 12, 2026 10:30am - 12:00pm GMT+07
This is an opportunity for Board members to participate in work that will help us communicate what we do more effectively.
Working with Dr. Theresa Melton from Clemson University, a member of the OBI Research Advisory Committee, participants will explore the newly developed Outward Bound Theory of Change (ToC). This session provides an opportunity to respond to the framework through discussion and critical reflection, ensuring the final version resonates with the collective understanding and experience of the global OB network. Participants will consider how the ToC aligns with their own School’s practice and explore how it can be used to communicate the value and impact of Outward Bound more clearly to participants, partners, funders and other stakeholders.
