Over the past 3 years the OBI Board Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) committee has been working to develop an ESG policy which includes Employment Guidelines for the network. This session will provide an orientation to the policy and how it might inform Schools’ plans, as well as the Employment Guidelines and how they should be used.
