This is an opportunity for Board members to participate in work that will help us communicate what we do more effectively. Working with Dr. Theresa Melton from Clemson University, a member of the OBI Research Advisory Committee, participants will explore the newly developed Outward Bound Theory of Change (ToC). This session provides an opportunity to respond to the framework through discussion and critical reflection, ensuring the final version resonates with the collective understanding and experience of the global OB network. Participants will consider how the ToC aligns with their own School’s practice and explore how it can be used to communicate the value and impact of Outward Bound more clearly to participants, partners, funders and other stakeholders.
